Enrollment for gold is dependant on the amount of gold in facilities, which is funded by players who purchase arts and resources from the facilities themselves (excluding Empire's cash insertion).
By opening up more facilities, the gold will be spread even more thinly among exiting facilities, which would make it worse. You ask for more enrollment spots, but there are more than enough rite now. In addition, more facilities = more supplies. The defender shield facility is a good example of how increasing posts can lead to unemployment. |
