Renting out the hunter set
+20% damage to neutral creatures,
+9% initiative,
+1 to minimum and maximum damage of all lord's stacks
+1 attack
+4 defence
+5% ranged damage
These bonuses can only be used for hunting. I am not sure about the raid mercenary quests.
