| Not many people have reached 12 yet - and I am a loooonnnngggg way from it - but i was wondering about this? |

You need 8 500 000 exp for level 13
And its a level without castles so far, not very unusual, i mean at level 2 and 9 there are also no buildings |

knight n elves get buildings at lvl 2 |

| well dont know russian but on my trial account there, for level 13 there is an upgraded building for academy. so maybe here is/will be too? who knows... |
