Repair and Enchant transfers

AuthorRepair and Enchant transfers
There should be a specific transfer for enchanting / repairing which would be different than normal transfer:
- sender would not receive money as exchange for sending item;
- sender would send money and/or resources (including elements);
- sender could put a description (to request express repairing for instance);
- return would be automatically possible in 0 seconds;
- sender could even be allowed to define the type of enchantment (but this maybe optional as it might be _some_ effort);
- receiver would be allowed to do the only the defined action (no combats, only allowed smith and/or enchant);
- receiver would be prevented from doing anything with the received resources until the requested action(s) are successfully completed;
- this last one also means that any remaining resources (gold or otherwise) would be available as soon as the action(s) are successfully completed;
- at the smith there should be a list of the requests, along with time of request arrival and description;
- a simple 1 click "do-the-requested-action-and-return-the-item-on-completion" button should be available;
- the receiver should be allowed to choose the order of the repairs;
- receiver would have an icon in the menu stating that there are new smith/enchant requests or simply that there are still requests to be completed (2 different icons for the 2 different situations);
- at the smith the receiver could see the requests by time of arrival, longest smith job, and flag requests to see them before (express ones or any others);

So this would give guarantees for the participants of the transaction and make it all simpler for the players. Avoiding:
- sending the item for 1 gold back;
- sending each element for 1 gold back;
- sending fee in gold with description;
- keeping track of all your received requests;
...

Well, my 2 cents anyway.
