I have an idea to give travelers an extra incentive to not go afk and confront their attacker. You know how you lose anywhere from 25 to 100 gold if you lose an ambush? What if the victim could steal from the thief if (s)he wins the battle?
Like that, on top of the exp and FSP that you gain from taking down a thief, you also take from them what they were going to steal from you.

| Disagree, if someone trys to mug you in the street. You dont stop and rob them because that makes you the criminal you fend them off and leave. |

| they get a penalty if they lose 1 hour of no ambushing which some dont like ithink thats punishment enough |
masterTI, I never thought about it that way. But you're right. The exp and skill points are enough of a reward.
