- you must be ACTIVE player
- 5th battle level
- 3rd laborers guild level
- Single payment - 1500 gold
- Tax payment(to pay on Mondays) = 500*(Laborers' guild level) or 300*(Combat level) gold weekly. Take the cheapest one for your own
