I think it would be good if you could choose 2-3 players who you didn't want to play along side. I have had problems with fighting with people who dont seem to know what they are doing and this is costing me durability on my items and exp.
An option in the players main page where you can place player names in which would block them from joining your team, or in ramdom battles place them on the opposing team.

| They can join but on other team. Its irritating playing well and still getting your ass kicked because people dont understand the basics of the game! |
