i think that you're confused..very much. The word is FACTION. Fraction, is something like 1/2 or 1/3, a faction is a separate people or group, which the Empire is made up of several factions.
on topic, i think u spend too much time thinking up factions that will never appear in the game.... |

Honestly yes if you are asking me. Why? Let me just name some general mistakes.
1. Spelling as DD pointed out.
2. Grammar. No grammar at all.
3. Why would their upgrades come before all other factions? Study the game better.
4. Stats? Only names doesn't make you a faction maker. I can think of thousands right now does that make me the best?
5. You don't listen to advices.
6. Important! Factional skills.
