AuthorFoul language at game without ANY reason

Sorry for the topic word as capital and sorry for posting by multi but it is my multi's problem.
This player used foul language at a combat I dun know why.
Just at the end of the battle he started saying something I cant put here.

Plz tell what should be done to such players?
Hw would u feel if someone says something like this and moreover curses u?
