Since almost february i'm trying to host a tourney... I can understand that Arctic is not here and I'm beggining to doubt that Secretary exists... Somebody said in another topic that there r other people who can do an aproval, but i dont know them. Can i have any clue on who r these people?? Any help would be very apreciated.
