then he upgrade his rouge to shrew
after that he disppeared
and didn't have any money and resourses.
I don't want my money back,i want his shrew back to rouge
and heavy money penalty.

3.21. Any banking and bookmaker activities are prohibited without exception.
Banking activities - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts, pawn shop business, insurance operations or any other bank activities.
Leasing artifacts, Thief Guild Invitation and other non-monetary valuables is allowed.
Borrowing and loaning gold with no interest is allowed. Every transaction must be signed properly, indicating the terms of loan.
Bookmaker activities - taking bets on sports or other events with paying the winnings in money's worth. | Hmm.i see.Maybe he know the rule.
After all,i just hope the GM do something to warn these players.
