The nature of the rules breaches regards the leasing of a Thief Guild Invitation to a Secondary Character.
I report this issue with a heavy heart as the consequences could be severe, but done with the recommendation of moderators after I sought their advice.

Under Personal Information, Monstrous states "main char is execution."
In the Transfer Log of Monstrous

There is a Tranfer of a Thief Guild Invitation that was not purchased with Diamonds
"05-13-09 16:58: Received item(s): 'Thief invitation' [1/1] from SIDERISKA . Transaction price: 1 Gold"
Also in the Transfer Log of Monstrous there is a clear relationship between Monstrous and Execution. Although there appears to be breaches in the Transfers below, it seems an effort was already made by the player to rectify the rules breaches.
"04-25-09 20:06: Received 15000 Gold from execution : loan for 20 days."
"04-25-09 20:18: Received 3000 Gold from execution : totally 18000 loan for 20 days"
"05-10-09 19:23: Transferred 18000 Gold to execution : credit payback. it is finished"
While Monstrous declares the main character is Execution, the profile Execution does not list Monstrous as a Secondary Character.
