Mercenary guild is very hard to raise reputation.
Its ok with this issue, but when you do a task on time, completing the quest, if you are late on the guild to receive the prize, you fail and lose the rep points.
My suggestion is to the player who complete the task but dont return in time dont get reputation points and the prize, but at least dont lose its reputation.
Sometimes, some players cant be all the time in front of the computer, and this may help these a lot.

well reputation is useful if you want to do as many quests in a short time span, rep only reduces time between the quests @ 1 min per 0.5 rep points.
if you can't be at the computer all the time, then you really don't need the rep bonus. | i think you couldnt understand my point
If i have about an hour at pc/day, I can do 2 quests if high rep, for example
So, If I can do many more quests on the time I am connected.
Understood? | | up | | guy, it takes 15 minutes max to do a merc quest(except armies). it's not .ru server with its huge map. |
