AuthorExperience in Labor Guild
What if we started getting experience for enrolling at any workplace along with gold, it would help our (meaning the game) economy out big time, wouldn't it?
how would it help the economy by giving us exp?

some people want to stay at the same lvl but get more exp
EX: lvl 4 necro has 20k want enough money for skel bowman(25k) needs 100 more exp he wants to just enroll untill he has 25000
some people want to stay at the same lvl but get more exp

sorry i mean
some people want to stay at the same lvl but get more *MONEY*
It would help the economy by having more people enroll.
It would help the economy by having more people enroll.

how?

money is already the reward for enrolling.

giving exp will on the other hand harm players' motivation to fight.

sitting here and pressing the code then to get exp is too more convenient than getting a combat. combats will be meaningless.
absolutely against!!!

this motivation-killer would probabely generate a lot of veeeery passiv multis...
you are saying right now people wont want to enroll to get money?

strictly against it you mentioned "people" but I could find only some players who do not enroll after all enrolling gives you money how you could get combat experience from just working in factory?
sorry not a good idea.
You think it would help our (meaning the game) economy out big time by giving exp? People who want to get golds will enroll, don't worry, this is not necessary:)
dun kill our only chance to get gold without getting exp some of us do not exactly want to lvl fast and be poor
if really need exp just join in 3v3 fights
more exp excellent

Ok, first, this will cause SOME players stop enrolling and rather go hunting(mostly low level players). After that, do you know why the economy is so bad?
1.People enroll TOO OFTEN, and don't buy arts as often!
2.People like to buy resouces and sell them to demanding factories. However, although they know the factory is poor, they sell the rosouce as much as they can(which is way more than the actual need of the factory), normally filling the factory's storage full. Then the factory has lots of resource, and no money, resulting in the stop of production.
3.People work so often that the factory looses all the arts and/or money but nobody buys the product...such as the Ring of Doubts.

Many people has extra resource(from the factories). We've got to slow production down, this is capable of doing it, but at a cost. However, your idea is not totally unacceptable, applying this idea to ONLY PRODUCTION FACTORIES may rebalance the economy with a certain effect by a certain rate.
Speaking as a wizard the simple fact is that if i don't engage in trading resources i simply can't afford to produce mini-arts and i therefore cannot compete with other factions at a similar level.

if you add exp to enrollment then that would really hurt the wizard faction because its already hard enough to try a gather enough gold and resources to compete at each level and so increasing the rate at which we level up would be a very bad thing.

just my opinion thou :)
