First, you walk on a carpeted surface for a few minutes (make sure you are dry). Then, if you touch a metallic object, you will get a zap on your hand (make your hands slightlywet by washing it before trying to touch, for a more "extreme" zap).
To zap someone else, try to touch them with a slightly wet hand, after walking on a dry carpeted surface. xD |
