When I was level 2 I posted a complaint qouted below.
Because such "greens" as me could post only on their forum,
this complaint was posted on it. I received a warning that
I posted it in "wrong place".
My suggestions:
1. because my experience on Russian version proved that most
fouls, insults and even na(tional)(zi)stic claims goes on low levels open the forum
"Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles"
for low level chars.
2. Write down one more string in bot's program veryfying whether posting person had rights to post in correct forum (:-)
