Another factum that may be of interest to Admins is the Game Log of CGSMCMLXXV and Anita2008.

Before 29 October 2008 CGSMCMLXXV had never played a Two Towers Game, while Anita 2008 had played many games, frequently placing a small bet on those games. Looking at the Battlechat of combat # 4802800 it was in fact Anita2008 that convinced CGSMCMLXXV to play the Two Towers game.

After 29 October 2008 both players seem to cease playing Two Towers games entirely for a period of approximately 7 months. This doesn't seem suprising behaviour for CGSMCMLXXV but Anita2008 had been playing Two Towers games regularly since starting the game.
Interestingly both characters resumed playing Two Towers games again on the same day 7 months later, 6 July 2009. And Anita2008, once enthusiastic for the game, now seems to play much less than CGSMCMLXXV. Also Anita2008 no longer places bets on the outcomes of the games played, as had been the case in the past.
Yet another "amazing coincidence" or perhaps further indication of "synchronized activity"? Why does no-one think that others will notice the change in behaviour when another person begins operating their account?

#22: Check the total amount of money I got from Darkcanis and you will see it's 0. Every time he set that stake, I set it back next game to give it back (I cannot win forever). He needed that stake because he considers himself lucky only if he has something to lose. Anyway, 1k is just symbolic. You can considered as a present (since both of us have more than 3k). Thanks to my able assistant CGSMCMLXXV, I am now able to confirm that rule 3.19 was breached on no less than 2 occasions.

Additional instance of CGSMCMLXXV and Darkcanis breaching rule 3.19
For the benefit of CGSMCMLXXV, even if the totals did come out to 0 it is still not the correct result. Bets are charged a 5% tax by the Empire. So if you both win a bet of 1000 gold each on a card game, you should each end up with -50 gold total due to the betting tax.
That's why rule 3.19 is there in the first place. To stop people from engaging in "Tax Avoidance". |

Another example of collective account management IMO (General Rule 3.7).
Anita2008 builds an Underground Depot, allowing an extra 10 items to be held in inventory. These spaces are almost immediately filled by CGSMCMLXXV with items from his own inventory, presumably to create more space for himself. It is not that CGSMCMLXXV could not carry the items, it is IMO, more a matter of convenience for CGSMCMLXXV to have extra space in his own inventory. |

The above copy of sales and transfers from koko_alex's transfer log (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4486696) are of a series of transactions where an item (or resources sufficient to purchase that item) are transferred to koko_alex by Anita2008. After the sale, however, rather than transfer the money back to Anita2008 (the obvious thing to do in this situation), the money is instead transferred directly to CGSMCMLXXV.
Now examination of Clan # 209 logs shows that CGSMCMLXXV immediately transfers the money into the clan treasury. However no comment is made as to it's origin or purpose.
IMO it is an attempt to "wash money through substitute parties". I have no doubt that CGSMCMLXXV will claim that the intent was for him to hold the money in the clan treasury for Anita2008. However, it is my understanding that manoey in the clan treasury is considered the leaders property. So the clan treasury should not be being used for the purposes of banking others money. Especially when doing so could be an attempt at covering other illegal activities.
Just a close examination of the Clan#209 "Disclaimer" looks like a pre-emptive attempt at justifying transfers between clan members that would otherwise be considered illegal. Please note that an identical disclaimer now exists on clan # 444. If I am not mistaken an illegal transfer cannot be "cleaned up" by claiming it is a "Clan transfer". Clans cannot hold items and the contents of the treasury are considered the property of the clan leader. Even if these "Clan transfers" are considered legal then surely the large quantity of these "Clan transfers" would exceed the 30% rule. |

Actually, I just noticed that Anita2008 just recently built a warehouse. This is something that most players would have done well before level 10 (unless they were saving their money for other purposes of course, like paying higher rates on smith services to help boost another players smithing guild).
And just as in my posts #27, CGSMCMLXXV once again immediately fills up most of the available space with items from his own inventory. |
