Subject: Poll re clan's tournament
Dear Wolves,
As you should know, in the beginning of June I applied to the Administration for obtaining their permit to organize a tournament with prizes among our clan members. Thus, I wanted that each clan's member wishing to participate in tournament transfer 1,000 gold to me, and half of the collected money would constitute awards of the tournament and another half would go to the clan's balance.
" 3.22. Any tournaments with a prize reward, both combat and card game ones, must be approved by the Administration. The Administration will not allow multiple tournaments be hosted simultaneously, moreover, none of the custom tournaments will be held while there is an official one. The details of your future tournament must be discussed directly with a member of the Administration. Hosting tournaments without such permission will be punished with a significant penalty to the organizer. "
Unfortunately, I have not obtained a response from the Administration to date. Therefore, I want to know your opinions what should we do:
(1) Wait for admins' permit;
(2) Organize a tournament without prizes and contributions, but awarding clan points instead.
In order you better may evaluate the situation there are some ideas about 2nd option:
- duels among players of each level;
- fixed number of ammunition points (minimum + 3);
- winner in each level receives 100 clan points;
- top 3 fighters of each level will represent the clan in similar fights versus best players of other clans (some leaders already contacted me for organizing such battles)
Please share with me by your thoughts or just send a figure "1" or "2"

Subject: Clan Tournament
Dear friends,
The majority of you voted for holding the tournament without contributions and prizes. Let's consider this as training before the real tournament, which we will hold as soon as administration's permit is obtained.
Tournament's description:
- duels among players of each level;
- fixed maximum number of ammunition points (3-4th levels = 3AP, 5th level= 8 AP, 6th level = 9 AP, 7-8th = 13AP, 9th and above = 16AP);
- change of faction during tournament is not allowed;
- if during a tournament you are level up, two options (at your choice) is available: (i) previous results are nullified and you start tournament in higher level group, (ii) you continue fighting in previous level group but without additional troops, with maximum AP as deducted by 1 AP and without 5 talent points ;
- winner in each level receives 100 clan points;
- top 3 fighters of each level will represent the clan in similar fights versus best players of other clans
Dates:
- from 27 July till 1 August – applying;
- from 2 August till 9 August – battles;
- 11 July – awarding.
To participate in tournament please send me a message stating a faction you would like to play in the tournament.
