Problem: Some people will deliberately delay a combat. Waiting to the very last moment before moving or letting 4 units wait, and then moving the 5th to avoid getting done for AFK.
The logic behind this may be that they are hoping to force their opponent in to an AFK, or just want to punish their opponent for some perceived slight. Whatever the logic, it's not fair and a blight on the game.
Solution: The game rules are adjusted. In the part that talks about deliberately losing combats, deliberating delaying combats should also be put there. If people deliberately delay a combat, they get some kind of penalty. Warnings for 1st offence, cash penalties for further offences, banning in extreme cases. |

they do get penalty for stalling
yes i also hate them but ive seen many ppl do it and notn get penaltied. and when i question them they say its tactics and only heavenly ppl can get that much brain.xD |
