How about at level 3 of enchanter's guild, a person can enchant two arts at the same time. This will reduce the time at enchanter's guild level 3.

| +1, with the time it takes to enchant, the high level enchanters will need this. But It would probably need a lot of points, so they don't level up too fast. |

They wont need it. You will run out of gold before you will reach level 3. Time is not the issue. Gold is.
Only ones who could need it would be enchanters, who can do 4x10%. |
