| The main reason is they don't know there is a rule by cannot have any transfer with multi accounts. If someone know that, sure he or she won't break the rule so easily. That's why we can see most of them are low level players. |

4. Any idea should have a purpose and describe the means of it's realization. It should also answer the question: "Why it needs to be done?".
I don't see anything on 'means of realization' so topic closed till you make a better one. |
