10% Air damage = 10 Windflower + 10 Witch bloom
10% Water damage = 10 Ice crystal + 10 Viper venom
10% Fire damage = 10 Fire crystal + 10 Tiger`s claw
10% Ignore defense = 10 Moonstone + 10 Abrasive
Prices:
5000 gold for each 10%
Clan # 381 Dragon Alliance: 2500 gold per each 10%
Clan # 136 Dragon Heroes: Free
How to do?
Transfer the enchanting fee.
Transfer your elements with transaction price 1 gold.
Transfer your weapon with recall in 0.1 day, 0 combats, transaction price 1 gold.

How to get 10% repairing discount?
Order a 4*10% weapon enchanting with GGW's service and add a "Brand" at the same time (it will cost additional 5000 gold).
With the Brand of GGW, you can get Life-time 10% discount for a MAX skilled repairing at binghuo's smith.
you pay only 110% of repair cost for a 90% repairing (It's 120% of repair cost normally).
