| Common people, you can't enroll ANYWHERE! just look at the map. One or two areas are already enough. or just implant enrolling services in misty coast and ridge of hope. |

Yes, you just stay at the place with least chance to enroll- yellow lake. Just move yourselves to others place, should have many place for you to enroll.
More areas should have more facilities or something like that, not just given convenient for enrolling, it will be meanless by enlarge the map. |
