you need to reach lv 10, build magic guild 3to get lv 3 chaos spells
for lv 2 chaos spells you need lv 8 and magic guild 2.
lv 3 spells require Basic talent + magic building only then can the hero cast those spells.
for other spells only efficiency is increased |
