I've warn this player a few times not to do illegal transfer but he ignore my warning,so i think he should get blocked or sth.If u dont believe u check his transfer log,is just down here.(His name is gm2009)

Oops,i almost forget to tell this.He have transfer 10 000 gold to darrenseet but THATS NOT ILLEGAL IT'S JUST LOAN.so dont get comfused
