I think the updates will come on weekends, but I think they should arrive on working days, lets say Wednesday.
Why?
kids who have lot of free time usually are online on weekends, but older players who are working they do not have time during the weekend, they have real life stuff.
I think game admins need to put more focus on players who can donate real money in to the game (kids often don't have credit cards) so ..... i hope you get the point.
So what others think about this? |
| Not sure whether more people play on weekends or weekdays, but im sure they will come when least players are on so the server doesnt die initially, but i hope also it will come on a weekday |

Well, I would prefer it if those 1 day events like the halloween dreadful nightmares event were extended to 1 week. This would allow more players to eb able to enjoy the event.
I'm saying that because I missed the event lols xP |
Imo, I do not think the issue is on day(s) for which the updates should fall on to cater to specific players, as this is a subjective perspective. For instance, a counter argument to post 1 would be that a player with the means to donate is more likely to play on weekends instead of weekdays as there the individual is more able to proportion time to this game since there is more leisure time on non-work days.
What I do want to highlight is on the delivering aspects of upcoming events and updates. Imo, it will be more more productive to notify players in advance when the updates will be delivered, as given this information, players might put an increased emphasis on attending the event or watching out for it when it comes. |
I agree to God5end, about giving some time in advance notice about upcoming event.
Except when unknown army from nowhere suddenly attacked. ;) |
| It is totally irrelevant if the actual update comes Saturday or Friday. And as far as I know all major Events were active for a few days for everybody to enjoy. Of course except those date related(1.may, Christmas, New Year, etc.). |
