New rules, new stats but
on About game -> Experience tables page we see for Faction skill level 9 effect:
+2% attack, +2% defense of troops
and on Latest game changes -> Grand Update we see:
- Faction skill level 9 effect replaced by +2 attack +2 defense;
+2% is not equal to +2 pts to attack/ or defence |
