First, Checked my transfer logs,

The man with username VLAD199559, sent me PM, that said "hi give me a loan 20 000 gold i promise return 25 000 during 10 days!!!ok?"
After talking a bit longer, He promised that if he won't paying the loan back, I can report him to Empire. 10 days passed, but he still not paying it back. But, i take pity to him so i remind him, i give him some time to payback, but now 4 more days had passed. He STILL...(just look at the transfer log, no transfer from him until this day). Okay, so i choose to report it. But how? Maybe from this forum i can get answer.
