2 relatively small suggestions but would make them alot better
1) A confirmation when the owner is setting rooms to people
2) Make it impossible to rent 2 rooms in the same area simultaneously (maybe unless you're purchasing the rental right to one of a higher standard), or at LEAST make it impossible to rent 2 rooms from the same estate. |
^^ Increase min-max. rent fee, maybe to be adjusted with star level.

Even if I`ll rent 5 chambers every day with price 500 (maximum in reception) gold per each, it`s only 2500 gold/day.
So full pay-off period is 1025 days." |
^^ I dont with others but to me small increase already enough to keep it running until max potential not to mention about all your invesment returned.
Or if only 1025not enough, make rent cap 10250 or 102500/day and double/triple its recovery rate or add another esatate features ;) |

the 500 gold is the max autoprice so if you do the deal by hand you can charge that much |
