This shouldnt happen for multiple reasons. One of them would be less battles and most people would just blacklist people who are too good. There is no objective reason to forbid someone to fight, even if you dont like them, their faction, enchants, AP..
Also, you might want to read the upcoming features:

Good idea... there is nothing wrong with it, it is you're own problem if no one joins your battle because of it. Black list people who are too good... um, so? Maybe they want to play at a similar skill level. If you cannot join a battle because you are blacklisted, it simply does not show it. Would help a lot for AFKers and description-ignorers.
Duels, you pick who you want to fight. Why not the same for group battles?
