| the same thing happens with me :( (though i am only lvl 9) in one of my battles all that was left was me, a wizard and a knight. I didn't attack the wizard the entire time and i was helping him quite a lot, i was fighting the knight's swordman with my 29 efk and all my uni, and i was winning. UNTIL!!! The stupid wizard starts ice clodding my ekf and uni (i was wearing cape of winds) and magiced my gmaster and druids..and then the knight finishes me :( | The knights play very well together in that match :)
Well, in my only win, knights play even better, we stay all 3 until the end :). I got lucky with the initial settlement (which is very important) and i was able to get first for wiz (btw, if there were more than one, than is a problem).

The thing was that all were against wiz and necro and we have eliminated first :).
BUT, it greatly depends on your starting neighbours and the players race. And the above tactic does it works only sometimes. | https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?warid=485161452
I team up with a barb against the first Wiz. We eliminate him pretty easy. While we kill him, the other knight and the wiz team up against the second barb.
Luckely we finished the first wiz so fast that we could come and aid the other barb. Unfortunatly the knight just barely finish the second barb, but afterwards he dies pretty easy to the first barb and me. Later on we get the wiz killed, and then the first barb finishes me pretty easy. I made a tactical blunder there :(
But it showes that the wizards can be killed without you die yourself ;) |
