I wasn't in this battle except I was just talking to my friend and the opponent (barbarian.....) insulted my friend. I knew that I should report him. If you want proof, watch the full combat:

10. No application from the victim - is considered as no claims from him/her.
Complaints on insults (swearing, flood, threats, rudeness) in battles and tavern are accepted ONLY from victim and participants of that card game/combat. If your character was banned on Forum – wait until the ban wears off.
