On 18 November 2009 AsheeshC made a confession as to his previous Game Rule infringements. I can confirm, after viewing his transfer log, that he has transferred a sufficient amount of gold back to his declared Alts (Asheesh1 and Asheesh2) to essentially equalize the monetary benefit that he has gained from these characters.

Unfortunately in a recent "CaA - Violations in tavern and battle" application AsheeshC has inadvertantly revealed that he has at least one more undeclared Alternative Character, hashisfun.

As you can see from the complaint, immediately after hashisfun first posts (post#4) AsheeshC then posts and apologizes for posting with his Alt (post#5).
In his original "confession" AsheeshC made it abundantly clear that he was aware of the restrictions of Game Rule 3.10 (maximum 1 Main Character and 2 Alt Characters). So on 18 November 2009 AsheeshC acknowledged awareness of the limit of characters a single person may have. On 13 January 2010 the character hashisfun (acknowledged Alt of AsheeshC) posted on the forums. This means that the player who operates AsheeshC, Asheesh1 Asheesh2 and hashisfun is using more than 3 accounts despite being aware of the rules against such activity (not that it would matter, see General Rule 1.1). The result is a infringement against Game Rule 3.10.
At the time I post this, neither AsheeshC, nor hashisfun have anything in their personal information to show that they are operated by the same person. Thus Game Rule 3.10.1 has also been infringed.
Grunge | It has been suggested to me that hashisfun might be an abandoned character (due to block-by-own-will not being available).
It is a trivial matter to check the Transfer, Combat and Game Logs of hashisfun and see that the character is still very much in use. Even the fact that hashisfun posted in the forum is an indication that the character is still being played. I don't see how you can "accidentally" login and post with an abandoned character.
