That happened after a battle where imps drained all of my mana reserve. I have restored 2 points of mana during the battle and after it finished, I have 52 mana. |
how did that happen....evn i'm curious! |
I had 52 mana in the beginning of next battle.
I suggest, that the game should make one more check before battle starts and remove any extra mana player has. |

Switched Talents to get Intellect...
Now I have 48/45 mana.
Putting extra points from Erudition into Knowledge...
Now I have 80/75 mana points.
Switching everything back...
32/30 mana points again. |
Whenever you fight with imps or spawns , the mana they drain is returned to you after the hunt + you recovered some mana during the combat . So you get original mana + recovered mana after combat . |

I want to say that game shouldn't allow to exceed maximum mana in any circumstances. |
Oh , yes this is a bit of flaw but who complains as long as it helps :->
It can serve as a major perk to a smart wiz in a occasional battle if he is wise enough :-P |

hmm... what about those magic and hybrid demons on lv5-6 with spawns itself?
if exceeding maximal mana is not allowed in any circumstances at all, then their spawn's ability will be pretty much useless since they would transfer before the hero would get any chances to use the original mana
Implementing a system that deplete all excessive mana after each combat or check before battle starts and remove will be enough. That is, whether if the potential exploit is planned to be fixed at all or not ;] |
