It's just look wierd when I see Kiskoko got 0.5 fsp after killing 400+ Titans while new player also got 0.5 fsp after killing 20 goblin.

My Idea is that victorious hunt give
Fsp=0.4+0.1*HG+0.1*(CL-1)/2

HG=Hunter Guild Level
CL=Combat Level
