Hi everyone, and thanks for reading.
I stopped playing for a month, and then I saw something. When I started to hunt again, I got a "piece of cake" hunt. So I thought, "well, that should be easy". So I started the fight, and after 2 min, they PWNED me. Mostly because of the speed they get after some turns.
And then, I looked the hunting records. And something came up on my mind. Alot of the records, will never be broken, because they were made when you had a chance to runa way from them.
So, my suggestion is to remove the old hutning records, that's depending on the "run away" thing. I don't know if it's possible, but maybe the admins could have a Hall Of Fame, and remove all the current "run away" records.

| one year ago dark elves always have been running from zombies like 20mins whitout dieing but when i try to run they get like 8speed and i loose even if it says piece of cake lol. if u look at records dark elved have like 70k farmers becuz they ran away from them .look at that match if u want and u will see. |
| Duh! DE's have strike and return, their attack is twice as efficient than Sprites'. And not to mention gargs, their initiative and speed are low, and doesn't pose any "special" abilities, of course they will get caught up in a matter of 20 turns |

the +1 speed/10 turns was already here when i started to play, but i can't say if it was here at the beginning.
but i tried to look at some hunt records against slow creatures (golems, farmers...) and they had something like 8 speed at the end.
the +1 speed/10 turns was already here when these records were made, there is no reason to remove them :p |
The VERY old records with farmers, goblins etc, are mostly accomplished due to the 4 speed. See it for yourself.
And because of that, we can't no longer beat the records.
Another thought: Wouldn't it be funnier if the record list were updated like once in 2 months. To remove the records.

| Do you realize that factions got more troops after the "Great Server Update" a couple months ago? Many records should be able to be topped because of that. Keep trying and you will get a few. |

Now this is not a bad idea. Monthly or weekly records. Players could even get medals for scoring a best record of the week or month. It will not give any bonus, just for show. |
Monthly records + adjust the hunt "difficulty dot" on those monthly records sounds cool
Often I start a green hunt and have no chance of all because some noob thought it was funny to do a hunt with full arts and full enchantments.
Then my hunt is based on the top hunters record, so it is considered as "easy"..... |
Maybe we could make the lordswm leaders make a weekly or monthly leadership on hunts :D

I started to play after 1 month from this server was up. +1 speed to creatures every 10 turns was from the begining. Its 100% sure.
Now about records. If you can't beat it than forget about place in hunting records. There are only places for strong players who ready for hard battles and hard working to do them (its costly thing). Btw, some time ago players did records without 3x4x10% enchants, now we can do powerfull enchants (ofcourse its not cheap :P) and set new records (i lost about 50% of my records on lvl 11 because of low enchants i had in that time).
Another thing. Someday admins will introduce rare sets of arts (there are many sets on .ru server). With this sets it will be easy to do new records. |

Swordsmen at the end had 5 speed. Date - 06-28-08 06:54 You can see it in my battle log. In that time server was 2 month from start.
In my opinion somebody here is crying that he(she) can't broke records. But he(she) hope do it by deleting old records? Shame... |
