| While i was playing with necro he had two ring of doubts. He's morale must to be -4 but it is still 0. Why? Why for everyone works -2 or -4 morale and for necros no?! Like in all HOMM games they can't have + morale but they can have - morale. Thaor some of ring is not very expensive for some of the necros and it's like bonus luck for free and no minus morale? Admins, do something about it. AND necros can have minus morale. | It is not a bug
This game in not a complete replication of HOMM
Although stat can be -4 in morale, necromancer won't get - morale, they won't get + morale either.

Ring of doubt costs around 5.6k, not to mention it last only for 12 battles
Look at how most faction could get luck for free with their talent wheel, nec don't have that fortune
If you were complaining about the battle you've just lost to a necromancer, then I would say there are a lot of other factors besides the 3 luck that contributes to his win:
1. You have 1 combat staff and you accept a fight with a full-arted nec
2. You let his skel bow have fun with your troop
3. Your Liz is first blocked by your rogue, and then by your mino
4. You don't have full mana
5. You don't have magic arrow
Are you hoping to use 24dmg earthen spike and the troop with +4 attacks to kill a necromancer with 3 raises and 11+ defense?
If you don't have money, then maybe you should think about sticking with one faction =\
