i dont remember, it happened to me in past (though maybe yes, maybe not)
i just wondered, if it is some "improvement" for example like workoholic penalty.... | This happens to me sometimes also, and did today. I have noticed that when it does the time that the work shift ends at the facility changes.
As an example today the work shift ended at 18:10, I enrolled at 17:12 and couldnt enroll again until 18:15, which was the time the work shift ending changed to. | | 3 minutes delay is not big problem, from my point of view | Halvspak: interesting, it sounds from you like a description of bug, and does have sense too. But if it is reality, who knows? I will look on this detail more closer in future.
Valium: 3 minutes are problem and too 3 arent problem. It depends where you stand a how is your point of view;-) Try to buy ore in Silent Hill and say me, if delay 3 minutes isnt problem for this ;-) near same it is, if you wish enroll in any factory, in most of the time. Few seconds (or few minutes) and there is no chance.
From my point of view there are two options, firts it is a bug a need to be sometimes repaired. Its really annoyng for me, if in "99" procent you could enroll exactly after one hour and sometimes you as **** click on refresh and hope you finally could do it. After few minutes you are thinking about loosing your life and saying some words;-)
Second possibility is, it is feature, but there have to be announced, this situation could happen. And if yes, i am of course vote for remove this thing. | and found similar topic in past

hmm, factory's shift time changed, but kept me there locked for some time (like 15 min extra) as if I'm still working | enrolling time at production facilities has been increased with 5 minutes.
So you cant enroll at the same facility each hour, directly when the workshift ends.
So best thing is to enroll each hour at a mine, will give you more enrolls. | 3 minutes delay is not big problem, from my point of view
I never said it was a big problem, I just waited and enrolled a few minutes later. But it does still seem like a bug, you are supposed to be able to enroll every hour, not every hour and 3 minutes. | So, it seems enrolling is ok, until factory change (move) its time. Then is player "captured in" and have to waite some minutes (5?) more then one hour.
Halvspak: i answered to 2 people;-) 3 minutes was answer to Valium.
