You should sent this mail to secretary. And even IF they were your real life friends, it's illegal to transfer gold between characters, presents must not exceed more than 30% of someone's wealth.
Also: in this battle you state that you have 4 accounts, wich is also forbidden. You can't just make new accounts if you're bored about the others.
