| some of the programs on my computer are in strange characters like (Ëîõ-Íåññ) does anyone know how to fix this? half of my programs on my computer are russian and half are in english but it doesn't matter what language i set my computer to, there are still symbols. |

even i had got it after installing Max Payne and GTA san andreas games

| the only programs that show up with those characters are russian programs and games. they are ok on my other computer. so it has something to do with the language setup. (all the english programs/games are ok) btw this is on vista (my other comp is xp) idk if that has something to do with this -_- |
