If you had posted it in the right area you might have read the following, in the Forum Local Rules, -
6. Please don’t complain on insults from neutral creatures. They mean no harm and we can’t influence their actions.
The neutral creatures are just randomly repeating things that players have said in the past. Unfortunately, some players ignore the rules on what is acceptable to post in battle chat.
