always start team battle 3 lv 2 vs 1 lv 3(That's ok if you don't accept don't join)
but when the battle begin he always move his army away and let other two army get damage

Nuttae12 LVL 2 will start team battle 2 lv 2 vs 1 lv3(which always is WITTANANUT)
when the battle start Nuttae12 will move his troop in but no attack(even his Hero wait) to let Wittananut get EXP

those 2 users have battle with each other so often
can you check that are they same owner or not
and is that against the rule ?
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).
3.8.1. Participation of several characters played from one computer in one combat is prohibited.
