firstly about loan :-
function : make sure someone will get back his money after giving loan
how :
- admin should set a pages to transfer money for giving loan to others, the pages can be used to set money wanted to give, the date loan need to be returned, etc.
- when the last day come for the payment, the borrower's money will be reduced automatically even thought his money got negative number if he not done pay his debt yet.
- the money will be given to the moneylenders. people happy =D
example :
- player A get 20000 loan from player B, player A still not pay all his debt or refuse to pay, after the last day, if he got 15000 gold in his account, when time come, the money will become into -5000, player B got his 20000 back.
2nd is about teamchat :
function : we can set our chat to talk with team only, so our foe wouldn't know wat we plan to kill them.
how : as usual. chat, u just need to put some word and click enter, but if admin put some button on/off or tick box for teamchat, it would be good for group battles.
note : thought useless put example :P
3rd is 30% gift rules 'money counter'
function :
some of player are lazy to use calculators. to count the 30% property they got to give others, to prevent they from cross the "forbidden line", i thought there should be a counting machine like exp left to lvl up counting machine. so we can give out the money worry nothing as we not give more than they counted, the counter will turn red if we give more than the money suppose to give then will refuse the transfer request.
after a gift transferred, it's need another 24 hours to give another gift.
4th is, email registeration :
function : some of us know we can create unlimited amount of
account with an email. it's good if admin can set an email for 3 account only(1 main, 2 alt)
why : this is to prevent massive cheater because they don't need new email, etc. i know not help much, but still a help :P

While this is good (and suggested before) I still put a -1. Why? Because I feel that you should only loan to people whom you trust and know will return the gold. If you loan to people who failed to return the gold, think of it as a lesson: next to don't loan to random people you find on the street.

Second idea:
Also suggested before (all good ideas are suggested before ^_^) and I like it, makes the game better since you can communincate will allys only. However, you must also make the message unable to be seen by outsiders as well. The checkbox part is ok, but I would prefer something like:
All: Hey! Move griffins to 6:10 and attack!
Ally: /Hey! Move griffins to 6:10 and attack!

Adding a / in front makes the message ally only.
Third idea:
I see, one page for loans and another page for gifts. Unfortunately, the counter has to count the following:
1) Gifts sent in the same month, x
2) Gifts received in the same month, y
3) 1/2 of all your gold and resources, z
So the counter would have to calculate z-x+y, and convert it to gold, resources, and gold+resources. A bit too much work, don't you think?

Fourth idea:
Reduce cheating a little. Very little. Very, very little. Typical cheaters already ahve 5+ email addresses to cheat at other games anyway. I'd prefer the admins to do other stuff.

Here, my comments. | about fourth idea, i don't know if this can be in programming but.
can a programmer set email for a computer only, i don't think a cheater would buy another computer for this crappy game...
example, a person register using his 1st email on a computer, then, he can create 3 account only for the emails, so, if he want to register with new email, he should register with another computer.
cheater may get passed this if they play in cyber cafe, but it could help, cyber cafe not has unlimited computer doesn't it :P. admin should put a warn about this feature so people would not wasted their limited account creation.

but 4th idea still good. however the main problem of cheater is from admin lazyness, when they want to work aboout it?
