There is no Game Rule infraction here. HeartBreakkid transferred arts to you, and you accepted. Perhaps the best you could hope for is a Forum Rule 2.1 infringement, which would likely result in a short forum ban.

Tell him yourself, no one can do anything about it and even if they could, they wouldn't want to help a scammer like yourself. Don't be hypocrite, go report yourself for TGI scamming. Personally I think you deserve it.

He sent the artifacts with a transaction price and you accepted them. If you thought there was a problem, you shouldn't have accepted until you had all the artifacts on inbound transfer, at the correct price.
The same thing that people could have used to defeat your scam, could have been used to render this a non-issue. Perhaps you should be more careful accepting transfers in the future?
Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware.
