I was over looking the recent blocks that the admins have made
They seem to have blocked all of his accounts, or almost all

They let this account slop, he is connected to hellboy, hellboy is connected to gatekeeper12, and gatekeeper12 is clearly connected to slop, the cheater
It seems to be clearly cheating is you look at its transfer log
