Hey ... i want to talk with admins ... my brother Mystic-Angel was banned because "extra player - Dragon-Sasuke" ... DRAGON SASUKE WAS HACKED ... look at IP since he had Mystic-Angel he didnt played anymore with Dragon-Sasuke because he was Hacked. Thys block is with no reason , what can my brother make to take his account back ?

If your brother gave away his old accounts password , it is no mistake of the administrators . Contact the admins with atmost to try and get the account back .
