Instead of waiting for other players to advance loan and sell weapons etc....
I would suggest a lordswm bank which advances loan to players for a period of time and if not returned automatically deduces money from their account..It will also advance artifact loan which can be returned and it should also have a mortgage system..

a player cannot transfer if he does not have a fixed deposit which is equal to the loan taken...
For eg:- if a player has taken a loan of 10000 and if he has 12000 gold he can transfer only 2000 gold and 10000 can't be transfered |

how about if he/she buy arts and send it to his/her main or rent it for free.. |
