First of all this guy has way to much cash for his lvl. He has thief guild which means he probably bought thiev invitation for some cash. I think hes using his "repairing service" as a protection to sneak cash in from other characters. And ive been checking his log and found A LOT of transfers where he just got gold and resources for no reason. And most of the char that gave him the gold are blocked now. SO he probaby got a lot of alts that keeps transfering cash to him.
Also hes only smith lvl 3, which means people wouldnt like to repair from him, they rather choose somone else with higher repairing. And if he had a repairing shop how comes its always the same persons who wants repairs? and they are paying WAY to much cash for that crappy low repairs hes giving. Here are just some small samples of his transfers that he got but never returned.

The name "omega_sof" appears a lot on his transfer list. And he gives him a lot of cash thats one of his biggest income of random and "cheating" transfers. He also pays overprice for crappy repairs. |

Please check his log with more time and you can find that Omega_sof took a loan of 200k from MadSatan and your log just shows Omega_Sof paying his loan back so nothing wrong done on that part.

I must admit there have been some suspicious transfers and actually some of the involved ones have been already blocked such as Blackcyclop for giving financial assistance to this player Madsatan.
So I think there are actions taken. now just wait and see what kind of punishments adminstrators give to parties involved.

Well 100k isnt much if you are a Millionaer.
And the 44k for arts is the value of the arts he transfered. |
