Author | Punishment not according to rules. |
Hello!
recently i got a penalty imposed for "intentional team kill; warid=22226921".
I cant agree with that. I fought a combat just as ever and was fully active with ordinary moves.
Just the last gesture was a fireball on my team mate. There is no bad purpose behind. |
Besides there is NO rule that forbid those acts in the game.
So i cant be punished for something that is not listed in the rule, can i?
Hope for justice and wont do this anymore.
Sincerly Yours

aparently ur team mate complained here so maybe next time ask him abt it before u fireball him ??? |
and uncalled friendly fire can be interpreted as bad sportmanship but only IF he complains abt it.
Important part is IF so better ask him next time before u fireball him. |
well this did not have any influence in the battle.
Just my last move with no thoughts behind. Thought it is maybe some kind of funny ;)
i really doesnt deserve a panalty for this... besides i did not brake a rule and this has nothing to do with bad sportmanship.
bad sportmanship would be if i let him wait or go afk but not fighting with him togesther till the hard end. |

he didn't find it kind of funny. Next time maybe try to tickle him before you fireball... ^o^
14~95:[Bartek009]: oO
15~95:[function]: hehe
16~98:[UrGosh]: for your senseless skill
17~99:[function]: bb
18~100:[Bartek009]: oh yeah, it's way better to fireball allies :d
19~106:[Bartek009]: bye all< |
yeah it wasnt right. But this was a spontanious act and not meant bad.
well u mean i should ask him if he allow a ball on one of his troups?
Really funny XD
The fact is that my money is nearly gone so i have to care for every gold unfortunatly, so i hope that the fairness wins in this topic. |
for UrGosh:
In a situations like that you should keep in mind that you are playing with different people from different cultures having different sense of humour.
besides i did not brake a rule and this has nothing to do with bad sportmanship.
This is exactly what falls under "Bad sportsmanship". No matter if it had any influence on the battle or not.
well u mean i should ask him if he allow a ball on one of his troups?
You should have just apologized after that. Showing your good will rarely offends people to the point of posting a complaint here. Even if you technically broke a rule. |
Topic moved from "Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles" to "Off-game forum". |
