leadership --> MoxSapphire?
Dear clanmates,
It has been my pleasure to serve you in the past two years. It's very nice to meet you, my friends and clanmates.
However, I am very busy in my real life right now and for a while in the near future. So I think it's better for all of us to have a new clan leader to take care of our clan.
I am thinking about hand the leadership to MoxSapphire, who is a very active player (lvl 14), and joined our clan for a long time. I believe he can do a good job with the help of our clanmates. I had a conversation with MoxSapphire, our co-leaders and some of our clanmates, and they all agreed it.
How do you think? As a loyal clanmates, I would like to collect the advice from you before make the final decision. To make the discussion more efficient and visualized to all clanmates, please post your opinion, question or suggestion here.
Of course, you are also welcome to send me a message, or discuss it with our clanmates in our MSN group and clan forum.
The discussion will be last for 1 week (Jun. 21-27), and then a vote will be hosted to collect your final decision during Jun. 28-29. (I will remind you again when the vote starts.) If you can't make the vote during Jun. 28-29, you can make an earlier vote by send me a private mail with title "clan vote".
By the way, it's only about the leadership transfer, and I will still be around to serve you as a repairing smith and armor enchanter. And the prices maintain the same as before.

Well if he really is active yeah there is no doubt about it, active members (even if they are not much leveled up) are most suited for the leader's responsibility. The will is the first to matter the effects and effort of a leader. Second comes the experience and skills, since MoxSapphire is skilled enough and have been in the clan for a long period he must have what it takes. And third comes, for the leader, the acknowledgement of the people he reprisents, is he accepted by them ? then it's more than enough. Of course all three mentioned have to exist at the same time, not indipendant talent can have results on its own. And since the more experiensed mates (leader and co-leaders) have made a choice, personally, I find that choice convincing enough ;)
I wish good luck and best results to whoever finally takes on the leadership, sorry I am not in the position to suggest alternatives for the leader's post, if that's what you ask from us Chief. :|
